Difficult to eat? You say that like it's a problem. Who doesn't love a challenge? Of course I say that after watching a ridiculously high-falutin' build-a-better-burger competition on the Food Network.

I'm trying to take advantage of my new-found free time to better my cooking skillz. So far my efforts have yielded a giant batch of portobello mushroom chili, which admittedly is based off an Emeril Lagasse recipe, but no notches were kicked up, and I didn't say "Bam!" when I made it, so I think that makes it okay.
